Fee Payment & Modification Policy – Unwal Pacific

Unwal Pacific encourages parents to opt for the One-Time Fee Payment Plan to avail substantial financial benefits. For more details, please contact your Centre Business Head.

Standard Payment Options

If not choosing the One-Time Payment Plan, parents are strongly advised to follow the System-Generated Payment Plan and submit fees as scheduled.

If opting for a Customized Installment Plan, please note:

  • Facilitation Charges will apply.
  • Breaking or modifying the standard installment plan will incur a charge of ₹2,500 + GST per additional installment.

Re-Activation Charges

If a student misses or partially pays an installment, their portal account will be deactivated.

  • To reactivate, a charge of ₹1,000 + GST applies.
  • If the installment structure was modified, then both reactivation and installment modification charges apply.

Example:
If an installment of ₹50,000 + GST was missed and the structure had been modified, the total payable for reactivation would be ₹53,500 + GST.

Re-Admission Charges

If a student drops out (for any reason including fee default) and wants to rejoin:

  • They must pay Re-admission Charges before reactivation of the portal and rejoining classes.

Applicable To: 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 Year Programs
Charges: ₹5,000 + GST

Important Notes

  • Any change to the payment plan, installment ratio, or installment date will be treated as a break in the installment plan and incur facilitation charges.
  • All Transfer, Facilitation, Reactivation, and Re-admission Charges must be paid upfront and are strictly non-refundable.
