Transfer Fee Policy – Unwal Pacific

• ₹5,000 + GST is applicable for each transfer request.
• An additional ₹10,000 + GST will be charged for transfers to the Head Branch – Pitampura (in addition to the standard ₹5,000 + GST).

In Case of Offline to Online Transfer

• Same scholarship percentage as the offline course will be retained.
• No additional scholarship will be granted upon transfer to online.

In Case of Online to Offline Transfer

• A flat 30% scholarship on tuition fee will apply.
• Previous online scholarship becomes null and void.
• To get a scholarship above 30%, the student must appear in the next National Admission Test (NAT).
• Transfer will be processed only after appearing for NAT.

In Case of Offline-to-Offline Transfer

• If transferring within the same city tier, only the standard transfer fee applies.
• Fee and scholarship adjustments apply only when transferring between different fee-category centres:
  • Fee and scholarship remain unchanged when moving from a higher-tier city to a lower-tier city.

City Tier Transfer Guidelines

• Tier A ➝ Tier B / Tier B ➝ Tier C:
  • No change in fee or scholarship.
  • Payment schedule remains the same.
• Tier B ➝ Tier A / Tier C ➝ Tier B:
  • Only NAT-based scholarship will be valid.
  • Any additional scholarship beyond 30% will not carry over to the new centre.

General Guidelines for Transfer Requests

All transfer approvals are at the sole discretion of Unwal Pacific and may depend on:

• Batch size availability
• Course progress or completion
• Student’s performance in internal assessments
• Recent NAT performance
