Scholarship Concessions

All scholarship concessions will be confirmed only after submission of the admission form along with the first instalment of the fee. Any student caught employing unfair practices during the National Admission Test (NAT) is subject to immediate expulsion, and no refund of the NAT/VIQ fee already paid shall be made.

Once admitted at any Unwal Pacific centre, students are bound by the rules & regulations of that specific centre.

Tax Implications

Any type of scholarship/concession/discount may attract GST or service tax, if applicable by the Government. This amount will be recovered from the student/parents.

User Agreement

  • The user must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.
  • These terms override all prior agreements or understandings.
  • By using Unwal Pacific services, you agree to these terms.

Pricing and Orders

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees.
  • Prices and product availability may change without notice.
  • Unwal Pacific can cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. If payment has been made, it will be refunded.
  • Only the user's credit card should be used. Unwal Pacific is not liable for credit card fraud.

Delivery and Liability

Unwal Pacific is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by vendors or natural disasters beyond its control.

Service Use Disclaimer

Use of Unwal Pacific services is at the user's own risk. No warranties are made regarding service reliability or results.

Student Conduct

  • Consistent hard work is expected from students.
  • Misconduct, unfair means, or irregularity may result in expulsion without a refund.

Refund Policy

  • No refund of registration/admission fee once paid.
  • If refund requested before classes start, admission fee and first instalment may be refunded.
  • Fees for one course cannot be adjusted for another.

Fee Submission

  • Parents are responsible for timely fee submission.
  • Cheque bounce will incur a ₹1000 fine.

Communication

Active email ID, mobile, and WhatsApp number of the student/guardian must be provided. Unwal Pacific is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect or missing contact details.

Force Majeure

The institute will not be held responsible for any mishap due to uncontrollable circumstances such as earthquakes or floods.

Miscellaneous Policies

  • Exam centres may change without notice.
  • Student photos may be used for publicity upon academic success.
  • Misbehaviour by students/parents may lead to rustication. Director's decision is final.
  • Any tax changes by the government must be borne by the student.
  • Unwal Pacific may alter programs, venues, or timings without prior notice.
  • These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice.
